    Technical Analysis of Coal and Gas Outburst Accidents and Countermeasures Research

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿安全科技的投入和安全管理的加强,我国煤矿事故得到了很好的控制,基本杜绝了特大事故的发生,但煤与瓦斯突出事故近年来仍呈现多发态势,尚未得到有效遏制。通过对2012—2014年煤矿瓦斯突出事故进行技术分析,得到同类多发事故的特征,并对较大以上事故案例进行分析汇总,总结近期同类多发煤与瓦斯突出事故的共性技术原因,提出有效遏制较大以上煤与瓦斯事故的对策措施。

       

      Abstract: With the increasing of coal mine safety technology investment and strengthening mine safety management, coal mine accidents have been well controlled, serious accidents have been basically eradicated, but coal and gas outburst accidents still present multiple state in recent years, which has not been effectively curbed. The features of similar multiple accidents are obtained by technical analysis of coal mine gas outburst accidents from 2012 to 2014, and the typical accidents were collected and analyzed specially. Thus, common technical reasons of recent similar multiple coal and gas outburst accidents were summarized, and the measures to effectively prevent accidents were carried out.
