    • 摘要: 针对孤岛区域回采巷道中锚索托盘失效现象,利用实验机对托盘进行同心和偏心载荷受力模拟,对托盘强度进行评估,分析托盘破坏变形原因。研究表明,锁具和托盘同心压缩时,托盘强度为350.3 kN,锁具和托盘偏心压缩时,托盘强度为283 kN,均满足支护设计要求。受孤岛开采和断层破碎带的影响,托盘失效位置应力增大,应力集中系数高达3.33,在偏心状态下更容易发生脱落。根据以上研究成果,提出合理的防托盘失效措施,为巷道的安全提供保障。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the failure of anchor cable tray in the mining roadway of island zone, experimental machine is used to carry out the simulation of concentric and eccentric load to evaluate tray strength and analyze failure and deformation causes of tray. The results show that when the tray and lockset is concentric compression, the tray strength is 350.3 kN; when the tray and lockset is eccentric compression, the tray strength is 283 kN; all of trays meet the design requirements. Under the influence of island mining and fault fracture zone, the stress at tray failure location increases and the stress concentration factor is 3.33, which is more likely to fall off under the eccentric state. According to the above research results, the paper proposes reasonable measures to prevent tray failure, which provides protection for the safety of the roadway.
