    Pre-cutting Roof Gob Side Entry Retaining Supporting Technology for Roadway

    • 摘要: 使用切顶技术后,留巷围岩结构形成矩形稳定区在支护系统担当支护“主力”角色。提出结合矩形承载区自稳结构理论,建立悬臂梁力学模型分析受力并计算出支护参数,并采用锚杆和密集预应力超长锚索配合W钢带和铁丝网强力支护方式技术手段。结合工程实例结果表明:运用“三位一体”合理的留巷支护措施较好满足留巷的支护需求。

       

      Abstract: After the use of cutting roof technology, the surrounding rock structure of retaining roadway forming rectangular region takes on the "leading" role in support system. We propose the technology of combining self-stable structure theory of rectangular area, establishing cantilever beam mechanical model to analyze and calculate the support parameters, and using anchor and intensive pre-stressed long anchor cable with W steel belt and barbed wire strong support mode. Combined with the engineering example, results show that the reasonable supporting measures of "trinity" can better meet the needs of supporting.
