    Research on Coal Mine Risk Management Technology and Its Application

    • 摘要: 对当前煤矿开展风险管理工作效果差的情况进行分析,在风险管理技术上主要存在危险源辨识不全面、风险评估不准确、控制措施单一等原因。根据风险管理原理,对危险源辨识和风险评估的技术和标准做了进一步研究。分析煤矿环境、设备、工作任务等不同类危险源特性,提出了相应的危险源辨识和风险评估方法,并就多项风险控制措施使用优先原则进行了说明。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of poor risk management effect in coal mine, and shows that the uncomprehensive hazard identification, unaccurate risk assessment, single control measure and other reasons are the main risk sources in risk technology management. According to the principle of risk management, the paper further studies the technology and standard for hazard identification and risk assessment, and analyzes the characteristics of different hazard sources in coal mine enviroment, equipment and work task and so on; the paper proposes the method of corresponding hazard source identification and risk assessment, and explains the priority principle by using multiple risk control measures.
