    Effects of Fiber on Stress of Mine-used Inorganic Foam Filling Material

    • 摘要: 利用普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、微硅粉等胶凝剂,发泡剂以及聚丙烯纤维制备出矿用无机发泡重填材料,并对纤维提高无机发泡充填材料各项性能做了实验研究。研究并分析了聚丙烯纤维的长度、掺量以及不同的掺加方式对无机发泡充填材料的力学性能的影响,得出聚丙烯纤维对无机发泡充填材料的抗压强度、抗折强度有一定的提高作用,并且能够有效抑制材料的干燥收缩的结论。因此,聚丙烯纤维的掺入对无机发泡充填材料力学性能的改善有较好的促进作用。

       

      Abstract: Inorganic foam filling material used in colliery, in this paper, contains the foaming agent, polypropylene fiber and the gelling agent such as ordinary portland cement, fly ash, micro silica fume. And the experimental study focused on the various elevated properties of this material by fiber. Effects of the length, quantity and the different methods of mixing of polypropylene fiber on stress of inorganic filler foam material were studied and analyzed. The conclusions are that the polypropylene fiber can improve compressive strength, breaking strength and can also effectively suppress the dry shrinkage rate of the inorganic foam filling material. Therefore, the mixing of polypropylene fiber has a good role in promoting the mechanical properties of inorganic foam filling material.
