    阻化剂泡沫载体的实验研究

    • 摘要: 泡沫作为氯盐类阻化剂的载体制成阻化泡沫,既有泡沫覆盖效果和堆积性能好的优点,也有对煤的阻化作用,是一种综合性的煤自燃防治材料。选择表面活性剂作为发泡剂,并使用稳泡剂改善泡沫的稳定性,通过实验获得性能较好的泡沫,并确定出发泡剂的最佳浓度。选择NaCl、MgCl2和CaCl2 3种常用的阻化剂,分别测试其浓度对泡沫性能的影响,实验发现CaCl2与泡沫的配合性较好,能够形成性能较好的阻化泡沫。

       

      Abstract: Foam can be used as the carrier of chloride salt inhibitor. The inhibition foam is a kind of comprehensive coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control material which not only has great performance of coverage and accumulation of the foam, but also has the inhibition effect on coal spontaneous combustion. In this paper, the surfactant was selected as the foaming agent, and the foam stabilizer was used to improve the stability of the foam. The foam with better properties was achieved and the optimal concentration of the foaming agent was determined through the experiment. Three kinds of common inhibitor, NaCl, MgCl2 and CaCl2, were selected in the experiment to test the influence of inhibitor's concentration on foam performance. It was found that CaCl2 can fit in well with the foam, and form the inhibition foam with better performance.
