    • 摘要: 针对井下锚杆尾部螺纹联接存在脱扣的现象,采用数值模拟和实验室试验的方法,研究了锚杆杆体屈服强度为500 MPa时,不同螺母强度、齿高、厚度和形状对螺纹联接的影响,分析了螺母强度等级分别为5级、6级、8级,齿高分别为0.6H、0.7H、0.8H、0.875H,螺纹厚度分别为24 mm和30 mm及其法兰螺母对螺纹联接的影响,得出锚杆屈服强度为500 MPa时,螺母强度等级不低于6级,齿高不低于0.7H,厚度为24 mm的螺母即可满足锚杆强度的需要,法兰螺母会使得各圈螺纹牙受力更加均匀。

       

      Abstract: For the tripping phenomenon existing in bolt tail screw connection, numerical simulation and laboratory test are used to study the influence of different strength, tooth height, thickness and shape of nuts on screw joint when the bolt yield strength is 500 MPa. The paper analyzes the influence of flange nuts with nut strength level of 5, 6 and 8, tooth height of 0.6H, 0.7H, 0.8H and 0.875H respectively, thread thicknesses of 24 mm and 30 mm on screw joint. The results show that when bolt yield strength is 500 MPa, the nut strength level is not less than 6, the tooth height is not less than 0.7H, thickness of 24 mm nut can meet the needs of bolt strength, and flange nuts will make each turn stress of thread more even.
