    Staging Gas Drainage Technology in Goaf During Periodic Caving of High-level Tunnel

    • 摘要: 针对塔山煤矿大采高综放工艺采空区瓦斯涌出量占工作面总涌出量82%,工作面上隅角、支架缝隙瓦斯超限频繁等问题,以回采期间采空区瓦斯赋存量变化规律为基础,在采空区垮落带布置高位巷,利用周期垮落实现“一巷两用”的采空区瓦斯治理技术。经试验考察,高位巷布置在开采层上部垮落带2#煤层中,回采工作面开采初期,高位巷作为专用瓦斯巷引排采空区瓦斯,将工作面通风方式由“U”型改造为“U+I”型,高位巷瓦斯排放量逐步增长至30 m3/min,回风巷风排瓦斯量由初始平均值23 m3/min降至5 m3/min以下;开采中后期,高位巷被密闭作为大管径抽采巷负压抽排采空区瓦斯,抽排量提升至40 m3/min,较引排作用提高33%。工作面回采期间,上隅角瓦斯浓度均持续控制在0.6%以下,有效防治采空区瓦斯涌入回采面。

       

      Abstract: For the problems that goaf gas emission rate accounted for 82% of the working surface emission rate, serious gas exceeding at the upper corner and support gap of fully mechanized caving mining of Tashan Mine with large mining height, based on variation laws of gas storage in goaf, high-level tunnel in caving zone was arranged, which realized "one roadway two functions" gas control technology in goaf by periodic caving. Through the experiment, high-level tunnel is arranged in 2# coal seam, which is used as special gas discharge laneway to transform working face ventilation system from the "U" type to "U+I" type in initial period of mining. The gas emission rate of high-level tunnel gradually increased to 30 m3/ min, and the gas drainage amount of return air roadway fell to 5 m3/ min from the initial 23 m3/min. The high-level tunnel was closed as large diameter drainage pipe to extract gas by negative pressure in middle and late period of mining. The gas emission rate of high-level tunnel increased to 40 m3/min, which increased by 33% compared with initial period of mining. The gas of upper corner at working face was controlled below 0.6% during mining, which controlled goaf gas effectively.
