    Top Coal Caving Mining Technology in Three-soft and Unstable Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对“三软”不稳定厚煤层放顶煤开采过程中遇到的顶煤放出率低、煤尘量大等问题,通过分析顶煤放出率的影响因素,提出了一套完整的放顶煤工艺优化措施:首先对工作面煤层厚度变化进行准确探测,然后采用高位钻场注水固化松散煤体,最后对放煤工艺进行合理优化。结果显示:放煤工艺的优化使得顶煤回收率提高了10.5%,煤层注水不仅有效提高了煤体的黏结性,同时放煤过程各工序的煤尘量得到明显下降,平均下降量为63.44%,最大下降量为68.14%,实现了“三软”煤层条件下的高效、低尘放煤,取得了显著的技术经济效益。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of low top-coal release rate, a large quantity of coal dust in the process of top coal caving mining in three-soft and unstable thick coal seam, through the analysis of the influence factors of top coal caving, we proposed a complete set of optimization measures for top coal caving technology. First, we accurately detect the thickness variation of local seam at working face, and then use high level drilling water injection to solidify and loose coal; finally, we optimize the caving technology in a reasonable manner. Results show that optimized caving technology makes top coal's recovery ratio improved by 10.5%; coal seam water injection not only improves the adhesion of coal, coal dust amount of each process has been also significantly decreased, and average drop is 63.44% and the largest decline is 68.14%, which realizes the caving under the condition of the three soft coal seam with high efficiency and low dust and obtain significant technical and economic benefit.
