    Solid Support System Construction Technology of U-type Concrete Filled Steel Tube Arch of Soft Rock Roadway in Kilometer Deep Mine

    • 摘要: U型钢管混凝土拱架作为1种新型的巷道支护形式,具有承载力高、稳定性好的优点。基于U型钢管混凝土的施工特点,详细阐述了U型钢管混凝土拱架立体支护体系的设计内容、施工工艺原理及施工流程,研究了其关键施工过程及操作要点,并在赵楼煤矿成功应用,取得了良好的支护效果。

       

      Abstract: U-type concrete filled steel tube arch which has high bearing capacity and good stability is a new kind of tunnel supporting form. Based on the construction process character of U-type concrete filled steel tube, the design content, construction technology principle and construction process of U-type concrete filled steel tube arch solid support system were described in detail, and key construction process and operation points were studied. Support system and construction process were successfully applied in Zhaolou Mine and supporting effect was good.
