    新型采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统

    New Spraying and Dust Reduction Technology by Dust Source Tracking for Coal Cutter

    • 摘要: 采煤机尘源跟踪喷雾降尘技术已成为采煤工作面最主要的防尘技术手段之一,为了解决其使用过程中的可靠性不高、维护量大等问题,开发新一代尘源跟踪喷雾降尘系统。新系统主要从无线通讯、智能喷雾和提高可靠性3个方面进行研究和设计。通过开发433 MHz无线传输模块,根据顺、逆风割煤的特点设计的不同喷雾模式,挂载粉尘浓度传感器实现随采煤工作面粉尘浓度智能调节喷雾的闭环控制,优化控制箱设计提高系统的可靠性满足设计要求。通过实验室及工业试验,证明系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了设计要求,结合其它防尘措施使综放工作面的粉尘浓度降低90%以上。

       

      Abstract: Spraying and dust reduction technology by dust source tracking of coal cutter has become one of main dust control technologies of coal mining working face. In order to solve the poor reliability and large maintenance volume in the course of using, the new version is developed. We research and design new system from wireless communications, intelligent mist spray and improving reliability three aspects. The designed requirements are met by developing 433 MHz wireless transmission module, designing different spray patterns according to characteristics of cutting coal under following and contrary wind, designing a intelligent loop spray to adjust dust concentration of the coal mining by mounting the dust concentration sensor and optimizing the design of control box to improve the system reliability. Laboratory and industrial tests have proved that the system is stable, reliable, in combination with other measures can make dust concentration of fully mechanized caving face reduced by more than 90 percent.
