    • 摘要: 在分析矿用温度传感器的设计原理基础上,结合《矿用温度传感器通用技术条件》的设计要求,基于ARM为核心的处理器,以铂电阻为测温元件,设计了具有在线自校准功能的矿用本安型温度传感器。传感器具有连续实时监测,温度实时显示,超限声光报警,频率通讯方式,远距信号传输能力;设计的矿用温度传感器具有精度高,免标校的优点。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of design principle of mine-used temperature sensors, combined with design requirements of General Technical Conditions of Mine Temperature Sensor,we design mine-used intrinsic safety type temperature sensor with self-calibration function, and the sensor is based on ARM as the core processor and platinum resistor as temperature measuring element. Temperature sensor, with the capacity of continuous real-time monitoring, real-time display, overrun acousto-optic alarm, frequency communication, remote signal transmission, has the advantages of high accuracy, calibration-free.
