    地面井压裂抽采技术在新景矿突出煤层复杂构造带的应用试验

    Application Test of Ground Well Fracturing Extraction Technology in Complex Tectonic Zone of Xinjing Coal Mine Outburst Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 针对阳泉矿区突出煤层复杂构造带煤层巷道掘进过程中所面临的构造软煤发育、井下千米长钻孔抽采效果不理想、巷道掘进进尺缓慢的问题,开展了突出煤层复杂构造带地面直井压裂抽采瓦斯试验研究。根据新景煤矿3#煤层地质特点,提出了煤层复杂构造带地面直井井位的选择及井身结构设计方法,获得了地面直井的钻井与压裂技术工艺。现场试验表明,地面井连续运行190 d,累计产气21.9万m3,平均日产气量1 261 m3/d,平均瓦斯浓度97%,取得了较好的瓦斯抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: For the problems of tectonic soft coal development, unsatisfactory extraction effect in underground km long borehole and slow roadway drivage speed in the driving process of roadway in complex tectonic zone of Yangquan Mining Area outburst seam, the experimental study about gas extraction by ground vertical well fracturing in complex tectonic zone of outburst coal seam is carried out. According to the geological characteristics of No.3 coal seam in Xinjing Coal Mine, location selection and structure design methods for ground vertical well in complex tectonic zone are proposed, and the drilling and fracturing technologies of ground vertical well are obtained. Field test shows that the ground well runs 190 days continuously and the cumulative gas is 219 000 m3; the average daily volume is 1 261 m3 / d and the average gas concentration is 97%; it obtains the good effect of the gas extraction.
