    Preventing Rock Burst Based on Cutting Hole and Breaking Roof Blasting Technology

    • 摘要: 为保证9308工作面初次来压期间安全有序回采,分析了引起工作面冲击地压的关键层,提出了采用切眼断顶爆破预防冲击地压。通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测得出:基本顶中砂岩是引起工作面冲击危险的亚关键层;在切眼对坚硬顶板实施断顶爆破,可有效减小顶板初次来压步距,降低工作面前方应力集中程度,并使其向煤体深部转移,减小工作面冲击危险性,实现了工作面的初次来压期间安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the safety and well-organized mining of 9308 working face during the first weighting, the key strata causing the rock burst of working face was analyzed. Using the technology of breaking roof by blasting in cutting hole to prevent rock burst was proposed. And through the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring, the results showed that the basic roof sandstone was the inferior key strata causing the danger of rock burst of working face. Breaking roof by blasting in the cutting hole for hard roof can reduce the interval of first weighting of roof effectively. The degree of stress concentration in front of the working face was decreased and transferred to the deep coal, so that the risk of rock burst was reduced and the safety mining of working face during the first weighting was realized.
