    我国煤矿井下规模化抽采煤层气技术模式初探

    Technical Mode of Underground Large-scale Extracting Coalbed Methane in Coal Mines of China

    • 摘要: 以晋城、两淮和松藻矿区为背景,总结了我国煤矿井下规模化抽采煤层气的技术模式和技术体系。通过对井下采煤和采气工程关系的研究,得出影响井下规模化抽采煤层气技术模式分类的关键因素是煤层渗透率、煤层赋存条件和煤层开采顺序,井下采煤与采气工程相互衔接的关键节点包含是否消除了煤层的突出危险性、是否实现了瓦斯抽采达标和是否能避免上隅角瓦斯超限;基于对井下规模化抽采煤层气技术模式分类和时空衔接关系的研究,结合各矿区抽采技术现状,构建了3种典型模式对应的技术体系,提出井下规模化抽采煤层气技术的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Though the analysis of underground large-scale extracting technology in Jincheng, Huainan and Huaibei, Songzao mining areas, the technical mode and architecture of underground large-scale extracting coalbed methane are summarized in coal mines of China. According to the relationship research between underground coal mining and gas extraction engineering, it is concluded that the key impact factors of large-scale underground extraction technology are the coal seam permeability, the occurrence condition of coal seam and the seam mining sequence. Critical joint nodes of underground coal mining and gas extraction project are whether or not eliminate the outburst danger of coal seam, whether or not gas extraction meets standard and whether or not gas overrun in upper corner could be avoided. Finally, based on the pattern classification technology research of underground large-scale coalbed methane extraction and space-time connection analysis, combined with the present situation of various coal extraction technologies, we build three types of technical system corresponded to typical extraction patterns, and propose the development direction of underground large-scale extraction technology of coalbed methane.
