    Research on Innovation Patterns of Coal Mine Safety Training

    • 摘要: 安全培训工作是煤矿安全管理中的基础与保障,随着近年来技术与需求的不断变化,原有的培训模式及体系存在较多不完善之处,间接造成煤矿安全事故频发。针对此问题,以事故致因理论中的轨迹交叉论入手,在分析我国煤矿培训特点的基础上,运用企业创新理论,探讨了其安全培训现状及问题,创新性的提出了以人为中心,技术、岗位、学习为依托的(“631”培训模式、走动式流程化岗位描述、多层次多渠道学习培训)“三位一体”安全培训创新模式,进而提出了相应的建议与对策,以期提升煤矿的安全培训水平。

       

      Abstract: Safety training work is the basis and guarantee of coal mine safety management, with the unceasing change of technology and the demand in recent years, the original training model and system have many shortcomings and indirectly cause frequent coal mine safety accidents. To solve above problems, from trajectory cross theory of accident causation theory, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of coal mine training in China, using the theory of enterprise innovation, we analyze the problems of coal mine safety training in China, propose people-centered "trinity" safety training innovation model based on technology, jobs, study (including "631" training model, routing job descriptions by walking around, multi-channel multi-level safety training mode, and then propose suggestions and countermeasures of perfecting our country's coal mine safety training system.
