    恒压差条件下突出型煤瓦斯渗流特征试验研究

    Experimental Research on Gas Seepage Characteristics for Outburst Coal Briquette Samples Under Constant Pressure

    • 摘要: 以突出煤样制备的型煤为研究对象,利用自主研发的含瓦斯煤受载破坏试验系统,开展了不同加载速率及恒压差条件下的突出型煤瓦斯渗流的试验研究。结果表明:在围压和瓦斯压力固定的条件下,加载速率影响突出煤样的渗流特征,确定50 N/s的加载速率作为研究不同恒压差条件下突出煤渗流特征的实验加载速率;在围压与瓦斯压力差一定的前提下,随着围压、瓦斯压力的协同增大,突出煤样的瓦斯渗流速度表现出先减小后增大的趋势,而渗流速度的最大值与最小值的差值则呈先增大后减小的趋势,在围压1.5 MPa、瓦斯压力0.75 MPa时达到最大值。

       

      Abstract: Taking coal briquette samples from coal and gas outburst mines as the research object, using the self-research coal containing gas loading damage experiment system, we carry out experimental research on the characteristics of gas seepage for outburst coal briquette samples under the different loading rates and the condition of the constant pressure. The results show that when the confining pressure and gas pressure are fixed, the loading rate affects seepage characteristics of coal samples. We determine the loading rate of 50 N/s as experiment loading rate to research seepage flow characteristics of the outburst coal under different condition of constant pressure difference; under the condition that the difference of confining pressure and gas pressure is fixed, with the collaborative increase of confining pressure and gas pressure, the gas seepage velocity of outburst coal briquette sample shows the trend of decrease first and then increase. The difference of seepage velocity between the maximum and the minimum is the trend of increase first and then decrease, and the value of difference reaches the maximum at confining pressure of 1.5 MPa and gas pressure of 0.75 MPa.
