    Research and Application of Early Forecast Indexes for Coal Spontaneous Combustion at 011805 Working Face of Jinfeng Mine

    • 摘要: 针对金凤矿011805工作面缺乏科学的煤自燃早期预报指标问题,运用大型煤自然发火实验台对金凤矿煤样进行煤自燃相似模拟实验,得到煤自燃过程中CO浓度及产生率规律,并结合011805工作面实际条件和采空区“三带”分布参数,采用工作面上隅角CO浓度安全指标计算模型,给出了011805工作面煤自燃早期预报定量指标。结合011805工作面正常回采期间上隅角CO浓度实测结果,验证了CO浓度安全指标能够满足011805工作面煤自燃早期预报的要求。

       

      Abstract: For the problem that scientific early forecast indexes for coal spontaneous combustion are insufficiency seriously at 011805 mine face of Jinfeng Mine, large coal spontaneous combustion experiment platform is applied to make a similar simulation for coal samples from Jinfeng Mine, and CO concentration and generation laws can be obtained from the test. Considering the specific mining conditions of 011805 working face and distribution parameters of "three zones" in goaf, and applying the calculation model of CO concentration safety indicators at the upper corner, the early warning quantitative indicators of spontaneous combustion at 011805 working face is given. Combing with gas monitoring data at upper corner during the normal recovery, the results verify that the CO concentration safety indicators calculation model can meet the requirements of early prediction for coal spontaneous combustion of 011805 working face in Jinfeng Mine.
