    顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔提浓技术及应用

    Hole-sealing and Gas Concentrating Technique for Bedding Gas Extraction Drilling Hole and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺及材料展开研究,研发了具有膨胀性高、流动性强和强度适中等特征的新型封孔材料及配套“两堵一注”带压注浆封孔工艺,综合利用数值模拟和封孔质量检测技术提出合理封孔深度的确定方法,初步形成顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔提浓技术。该技术在山西李雅庄煤矿进行了现场试验,在80 d考察周期内,新型封孔材料试验钻孔瓦斯浓度无明显衰减现象,效果显著。

       

      Abstract: We study the hole-sealing process and hole-sealing material for bedding gas drainage borehole, and research and develop the hole-sealing material with high expansibility, strong liquidity and moderate intensity and the hole-sealing technique with pressure grouting of "two sealing and one grouting". We also calculate reasonable sealing depth of the gas drainage borehole in different drainage areas by numerical modeling and the testing of the sealing quality. We form hole-sealing and gas concentrating technique for bedding gas drainage borehole. This sealing technology had been tested at Liyazhuang Coal Mine in Shanxi province, within 80 days test period, there is no significant attenuation phenomenon of gas density in drilling hole sealed by new hole-sealing material.
