    松软低透气性煤层钻孔下筛管高效抽采瓦斯技术实践

    • 摘要: 为了解决松软低透气性煤层顺层钻孔塌孔难题,义马煤业集团在新安矿区突出矿井采掘工作面进行了顺层钻孔全程下筛管高效抽采瓦斯技术试验。通过对比全程下筛管本煤层顺层钻孔和未全程下筛管本煤层顺层钻孔的抽采浓度、抽采纯量数据,采用全程下筛管技术的单孔瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采纯量比对比孔提高1倍以上,实现了“钻孔到位、筛管到底、抽采效果最优”的目标,确保了矿井安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the collapse problem of bedding borehole in soft low permeability coal seam, we carry out efficient gas drainage technology test for bedding borehole under full screen pipe insertion in Yima Coal Group Xin'an Mine working face. By contrasting the extraction concentration and pure quantity data of mining-coal bed bedding borehole under full screen pipe insertion and non full screen pipe insertion, gas extraction concentration and pure quantity of single-hole with full screen pipe insertion technology is more than 1 times than the contrast hole, which achieves the goal of "drilling in place, screening in the end, optimizing extraction effect" and ensures a safe and efficient mine production.
