    CO2 Fracturing Mechanism and Its Application in Floor Heave Treatment

    • 摘要: CO2致裂技术是一种新型的物理爆破技术,爆破过程无外漏明火火焰产生,能够很好地应用在煤与瓦斯突出矿井中。通过对CO2致裂机理的分析,确定了单孔爆破后产生的裂纹长度为0.5 m、裂纹条数为3.5条。根据理论分析,在成庄煤矿井下布孔治理底鼓,试验结果表明,底鼓治理效果良好,实测裂纹长度和条数与理论计算值吻合。

       

      Abstract: CO2 fracturing technology is a kind of new physical blasting technology, and the blasting process is without flames leakage, and it can effectively be used in coal and gas outburst mines. In this article, through the analysis of fracturing mechanism of carbon dioxide, we confirm that single-hole blasting crack length is 0.5 m, and the crack number is 3.5. According to theoretical anlysis, we arranged hole in Chengzhuang Mine to control floor heave, it has obtained the good effect; the measured crack length and numbers are in accordance with the theoretical calculation values.
