    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology of Fully Mechanized Caving Face

    • 摘要: 5244综放工作面在回采过程中,采空区浮煤氧化高温导致CO浓度超限情况,有遗煤自燃现象,为保证回采工作的顺利进行,对该工作面进行防灭火技术研究,通过灌浆、注氮、注凝胶等技术措施,并应用新型防灭火材料-史达夫防灭火剂,取得了良好的效果:通过气体采样分析发现,CO气体浓度保持在12×10-6,有效防止了遗煤自燃,保障了回采工作顺利安全进行。

       

      Abstract: Oxidation high temperature of floating coal in goaf leads to CO concentration overrun and spontaneous combustion of residual coal during coal mining at 5244 fully mechanized caving face. In order to ensure coal mining smoothly, fire preventing and extinguishing technique for working face is studied. Through the technical measures such as grouting, nitrogen injection, gel injection and the application of new type fire preventing and extinguishing material named Shidafu fire extinguishing agent, good results are achieved. Through the analysis of gas sampling, it is found that CO concentration remains at around 12×10-6, which effectively prevents the spontaneous combustion of residual coal and ensures coal mining smoothly and safely.
