    Design for an Mine-used Ultrasonic Air Velocity Sensor

    • 摘要: 介绍了时差法测量矿井风速的基本原理,提出了使用一对超声波换能器完成矿井风速测量的方法,设计了基于该方法的矿用超声波风速传感器;基于DSP处理器,设计了相关的外围电路接口,采用环氧树脂浇封部分电路的方法进行本质安全处理。通过试验表明,风速测量范围达到0.2~40 m/s,在0~25 m/s的风速范围内,测量误差均控制在±0.25 m/s之内。

       

      Abstract: The paper introduces the basic principle for mine air velocity measurement based on time difference, proposes a method using a pair of ultrasonic transducers to complete mine wind speed measurement; a mine-used ultrasonic wind speed sensor based on the method is designed. Based on DSP processor, related peripheral circuit interface is designed, and the method of adopting epoxy resin to cast part circuit for intrinsically safe processing is proposed. Experimental results show that the wind speed measurement range is 0.2 m/s to 40 m/s, and the measurement errors are controlled with±0.25 m/s in the wind speed range of 0 m/s to 25 m/s.
