    A Method for Predicting and Optimizing Speed of Kilometer Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下钻机深孔钻进破岩效率问题,结合73 mm国产螺杆马达的实验数据,采用SPSS多元回归分析原理及模型,对螺杆马达的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,螺杆马达钻速与流量及泵压均呈近似线性关系,得到了螺杆马达的转速方程,且该方程预测值的平均相对误差为5.28%,有较高的准确性;利用石油钻井领域方法,提出了深孔千米钻机破岩参数的优化办法,对实际钻进过程中的参数设置具有一定理论指导意义。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the efficiency problem of rock breaking by drilling rig in deep hole drilling of underground coal mine, combined with the experimental data of domestic screw motor of 77 millimeters, we use SPSS multivariate regression analysis principle and model to analyze the influential factors. It was shown that the screw motor drilling rate met a nearly linear relationship with the flow rate or pump pressure, and the screw motor speed equation was built which had a high accuracy with the average relative error of 5.28% in forecasting screw motor drilling rate. An optimizing parameters method for km drilling rig is proposed, which has certain theoretical guiding significance for actual deep holes drilling.
