    • 摘要: 为解决矿井安全监控系统误报警和漏报警问题,现场测试了平煤集团四矿井下典型区域电磁干扰的分布;针对辐射干扰的分布特点,采用仿真和试验测试相结合的方法优化了屏蔽外壳,增强了电磁屏蔽效能,解决了大巷矿井安全监控系统漏报警和误报警问题,从而在满足防爆要求前提下提高了矿井安全监控系统的电磁兼容性,为矿井安全监控系统可靠运行奠定了坚实的基础。

       

      Abstract: To resolve the problems of false alarm and alarm failure of monitor system, we tested the distribution of electromagnetic interference of underground representative regions in Pingdingshan Coal Group No.4 Mine. According to the distribution characteristics of radiated interference, we used simulation and experimental test method to optimize the shielding shell and enhance the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, and solved the alarm failure and false alarm problem of mine safety monitoring system in roadways to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of mine safety monitoring system under the premise of meeting the requirements of explosion-proof, which lays a solid foundation for reliable operation of mine safety monitor system.
