    矿用新型自锁压注水封孔器

    A New Mine-used Water Injection Hole Packer with Self-locking Pressure

    • 摘要: 煤矿目前采用的水泥砂浆封孔和橡胶注水封孔器存在封孔效率低、封孔物质钢管无法回收、注水流量小时封孔器压力会随之泄入钻孔等缺点。矿用新型自锁压注水封孔器,采用双通道结构的封孔器与自锁压式的自封嘴结合的方法,使得封孔压力和封孔时间可控,确保封孔效果,自封嘴确保封孔压力不泄露,可长时间封孔,确保注水效果。橡胶膨胀部分泄压后恢复原状,因此可重复使用,封孔速度快。

       

      Abstract: The cement mortar hole sealing and rubber seal water injection hole packer used in current coal mines has the disadvantages that efficiency of hole sealing is low, sealing material steel pipe can not be recyded, and pressure will subsequently discharge into drilling when water injection flow is small. Therefore, we propose self-locking pressure hole packer which adopts the method combined hole packer of dual channel structure with self-sealing muzzle of self-locking pressure type to make hole sealing pressure and hole sealing time controlled and ensure that the hole sealing effect; self-sealing muzzle ensures that hole sealing pressure does not leak, hole sealing can carry out for a long time to ensure water flooding effect. Rubber parts can be restorable after pressure relief; therefore, it can be reusable with fast speed hole sealing.
