    Key Technology for Track-mounted Drill of Full Section Bed Plate Tunnel

    • 摘要: 针对底抽巷抽采瓦斯保护煤巷掘进的施工要求,设计了底抽巷全断面履带钻机,介绍了钻机在研制过程中针对多自由度变幅机构关键部件选型、铰接式给进装置设计、对开式夹持器等关键技术的研究。钻机在义煤集团孟津矿和阳煤集团平舒矿分别进行了现场工业性试验,试验表明该型钻机在底抽巷施工全断面钻孔效率高、安全可靠,具有显著的技术优势。

       

      Abstract: For the construction requirements of protecting coal roadway tunneling by discharging mine gas in bed plate tunnel, we design a new track-mounted drill for full section bed plate tunnel. We introduce the key technologies in the development of drilling rig, including the selection of key components, the design of articulated feeding device and open-clamp gripper, etc. Industrial field tests for drilling rig were carried out in Mengjin and Pingshu Coal Mine respectively. The results show that the drilling rig has the significant technical advantages of high reliability and efficiency with full section drilling in bed plate tunnel.
