    Development and Application Analysis for Long Distance Working Face Cooling System of Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿长距离采煤工作面热害防治存在的能耗高、效率低的问题,从现有的降温技术入手,综合分析各类技术特点,提出了以空冷器降温为主,以防尘水和乳化液降温为辅的综合式降温技术,并开发了配套降温设备及布置方法;以某煤矿为工程实例进行了应用分析,应用结果表明,新的降温系统使用后,工作面的温度和湿度等参数都有明显的下降,降温效果明显。

       

      Abstract: According to the high energy consumption and low efficiency problems of heat damage prevention at long distance working face, from the existing cooling technology, we analyze the characteristics of various technologies, and propose a comprehensive technology that gives priority to air cooler cooling, supplements with dust water and emulsion cooling. Then, we develop a complete cooling equipment and layout method, and carry out application analysis in a coal mine. The application result shows that the temperature and humidity parameters have a obvious reduction after the use of new cooling system, and the cooling effect is obvious.
