    • 摘要: 为考察极薄保护层开采后对被保护层的保护效果,以平煤十二矿己15突出煤层为研究对象,拟将其上部9~12 m厚度0.3~1.1 m的己14极薄煤层作为保护层开采,以达到己15被保护层区域消突的目的。通过对被保护层区域防突效果检验指标的现场测试、被保护层工作面瓦斯抽采效果及其开采过程中瓦斯涌出规律分析3种方法,综合评价了保护层开采对被保护层的保护效果。被保护层瓦斯抽采效果表明,保护层工作面开采过程中,被保护区域最大日瓦斯抽采量增加17.61倍,月瓦斯抽采量增加了11.48倍,风排瓦斯量增加了2.74倍;区域防突效果检验效果表明,瓦斯残存量在1.91~7.37 m3/t范围内;瓦斯涌出规律表明:被保护层充分卸压之后,己15开采过程中,测得瓦斯涌出量降为6.5 m3/min。综合评价说明,己14煤层31010工作面开采对己15-31010被保护层工作面起到了区域消突的保护作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to analyze the protective effect of extra thin protective seam mining, taking Ji15 outburst coal seam of Pingdingshan No.12 Mine as the research object, taking the thickness of 0.3 m to 1.1 m of Ji14 extra thin seam at the top 9 m to12 m of Ji15 seam as a protective seam mining to achieve the goal of outburst elimination of Ji15 protected areas. Through the field test of regional outburst elimination indexes about the protective effect of the protected seam, the gas drainage effect at the working face of the protected seam and the analysis of gas emission regularity in mining, these three aspects evaluate the protective effect of the protective seam mining. Protected seam gas drainage effect shows that after the mining of protective seam, the maximum daily gas drainage in protected area increased of 17.61 times, the month gas drainage increased 11.48 times, and the air exhaust gas increased 2.74 times; the regional outburst prevention effect shows that the residual gas content is from 1.91 m3/t to 7.37 m3/t; gas emission law shows that after the protective seam mining, the gas emission of protected seam is 6.5 m3/min. The results shows that the Ji14 coal seam 31010 working face mining has played a role in the protection of eliminating regional outburst for the protected seam Ji15-31010.
