    • 摘要: 以某矿3#煤层三进两回型工作面地质条件为背景,应用错层位巷道布置采煤法对其回采巷道进行优化布置,通过对比新方法与原方法的煤炭损失率、排瓦斯容易程度、巷道掘进与维护等方面,初步得出错层位巷道布置形式在三进两回型工作面中的独特优势。而后利用FLAC3D数值模拟研究了2种布置方案在工作面回采结束后复用巷道53022周边区域的应力、位移分布特征。数值模拟结果表明:采用错层位巷道布置不仅可以减小煤炭开采损失,而且可以大幅减小煤柱侧应力集中区,减小复用巷道顶底板移动量,利于巷道的掘进与维护。

       

      Abstract: Based on the geological conditions at 3# coal seam in a mine whose work face belongs to "three-intake two-return" ventilation type, a mining adopted roadway layout of stagger arrangement was applied to optimize the roadway layout in this coal mine. Through the comparison of coal loss ratio, easy degree of gas emission and roadway driving and maintenance of roadway in new and old approaches, the unique advantage of stagger arrangement of roadway used in "three-intake two-return" ventilation type work face had been gained preliminarily. Then, the regional stress-displacement distribution around the reuse roadway of two roadway layouts was studied by using FLAC3D numerical simulation after work face extraction. The simulating results showed that the roadway layout of stagger arrangement could not only greatly reduce the loss of coal mining, but also could greatly decrease the area of lateral stress concentration of coal pillar and minish the amount of movement of roadway roof and floor. Therefore, this roadway layout method is much beneficial to the roadway's driving and maintenance.
