    Application of Markov Theory in Reliability Analysis of Waste Stone Exhaust System

    • 摘要: 排矸的可靠程度与运输系统的可靠运行有着密切的关系,结合常村煤矿运输系统状况,通过构建独立排矸系统和临时排矸系统,对原有作业线进行优化,研究并提出基于马尔科夫理论的排矸系统可靠性数学模型,基于此模型对系统内的每台设备及整体进行可靠性分析,并验证了运输线路优化效果。

       

      Abstract: The reliability of waste stone exhaust system has close relation with the reliable operation of transport system, this paper combined with transportation system status in a mine, optimized original operating line by building independent waste stone exhaust system and temporary waste stone exhaust system, and then studied and proposed the mathematical model of waste stone exhaust system based on Markov theory. In order to verify the optimization effect of hauling track, the reliability of each device in the system and the whole were analyzed based on this model.
