    Persistence Utility of Coal Bunker for Rehabilitation at Fully-mechanized Caving Face with Large Dip Angle

    • 摘要: 论述了在长山子煤矿首采与接替的2个大倾角煤层综放工作面扶架期间,多台串联带式输送机连续运输系统利用井底煤仓导致扶架过程的持续或中断问题;分析了设置缓冲煤仓对预防扶架中冒落矸石压死刮板输送机的必要性,阐明了多台串联带式输送机连续运输系统中的煤仓对扶架进程具有良好的持续化效用。

       

      Abstract: We discuss the problem that many sets of series belt conveyor continuous transportation system use coal bunker to lead to the continuity or interruption during the rehabilitation period of initial mining and relay two fully-mechanized caving faces with large dip angle in Changshanzi Coal Mine, analyze the necessity of setting coal bunker to prevent roof falling rock rushing scraper conveyor during the rehabilitation, and clarify that coal bunker provides great persistence utility to the rehabilitation in many sets of series belt conveyor continuous transportation system.
