    Evaluative Method for Coal Mine Safety Management Efficiency Based on Mixed Attributes

    • 摘要: 为了对存在着实数及模糊数等混合属性指标值的煤矿安全管理效率进行测评,提出了混合属性广义灰靶决策方法。该方法将各类型指标值统一转化为二元联系数向量,然后计算各指标向量与靶心指标向量的接近度,并经归一化获得加权集成的接近度来确定决策方案的优劣。以泉店煤矿为例对其6个不同月份的安全管理效率进行测评,结果证实所提出的决策方法能够较好地解决混合属性煤矿安全管理效率的测评问题。

       

      Abstract: A generalized grey target decision method is proposed to evaluate the safety management efficiency of coal mine with mixed attribute values of real numbers and fuzzy numbers. The proposed method first transforms all types of numbers into binary connection number vectors and calculates the nearness degrees of each index vector with the bull's eye index vector, and then determines the superiority and inferiority by integrated weighting nearness degrees. The Quandian Coal Mine is used to evaluate its six month's safety management efficiency, and the result shows that the proposed method can well solve the evaluation problem of coal mine safety management efficiency with mixed attribute values.
