    • 摘要: 为了保证矿井供水管网可靠运行,降低尘肺病率,从而保证生产和生命安全,通过对矿井供水管网进行分析,全方面考察其机械可靠性影响因素,结合相关法律法规以及事故统计数据,建立了矿井供水管网综合可靠性评价指标体系,该体系一共3层结构,包含5个一级指标,14个二级指标的。并采用层次分析法(AHP)对各级指标进行权重的计算,对结果进行一致性检验后得出所计算的权重是有效的。该建立的矿井供水管网综合可靠性评价指标体系可为矿井供水管网可靠运行提供有效的评价依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure the reliable operation of water supply network in mine, decrease the rate of pneumoconiosis, ensure the safety of production and life, by analyzing the mine water supply network and studying the influence elements of mechanical reliability in mine water-supply-networks, in combination with relevant laws, regulations and statistical data of accidents, we established a three-layered evaluation index system for the network, which includes 5 first-order indexes, 14 second-order indexes. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the weighting factors of these indexes were calculated. The consistency check result indicates that the obtained weighting factors are effective. Such a system provides an efficient evaluation method for reliable operation of mine water-supply-network.
