    Optimal Allocation of Bottom Hole Assembly Using in the Construction of Coal Seam Directional Long Drilling

    • 摘要: 根据影响钻孔轨迹的因素分析以及对钻孔轨迹的预测,结合试验区的煤层赋存特点,设计了几种稳斜钻具组合型式并进行了试验。结果表明,试验中所选用稳定器的近钻头、满眼钻具组合,具有良好的保直作用和一定的纠偏能力,比较适合定向钻进的钻孔。应用不同的保直稳定组合钻具,有助于实现控制钻孔的轨迹。

       

      Abstract: According to the factors analysis of influencing drilling track and the prediction of drilling track,combining the coal seam occurrence features of experimental area,several kinds of angle holding assembly models are designed and tested.The results show that the near-bit of stabilizer and packed hole assembly selected in the test have good straight-keeping function and a certain correcting capacity,which is more suitable for directional drilling.Using different straight-keeping stable compound drilling tools are contribute to control the drilling track.
