    Application of FTA-finger Oral in Transportation Management of Coal Mine Inclined Roadway

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤矿安全管理,减少事故发生,将事故树分析与日本手指口述安全确认管理方法相结合,构建了一种新的安全管理模式,并在斜巷跑车事故管理中进行了应用。结果表明:事故树分析可以为手指口述安全确认的内容提供全面直观的编写依据,而手指口述安全确认可以在日常作业中解决事故树分析遗留的安全问题,二者的结合应用可以快速、全面地找到事故隐患并及时排除。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the safety management of coal mines and reduce the accidents, a new safety management model is constructed by combining fault tree analysis (FTA) with Japanese finger oral safety confirmation method, and it is used in inclined tunnel car accidents management. The results show that fault tree analysis can provide compiling basis for the affirmative content of finger oral comprehensively and visually, and the finger oral safety confirmation can solve the safety problem of accident tree analysis in daily operation. The construction of new management mode can comprehensively find the hidden troubles and timely eliminate hidden dangers.
