    Study on Influence of Low Concentration Gas on Lower Explosive Limit of Coal Dust

    • 摘要: 采用20 L钢制近球形爆炸特性测试系统,对低浓度瓦斯参与条件下、3种不同煤尘的爆炸下限变化规律进行了试验研究。研究发现:在本试验条件下,煤尘的爆炸下限浓度随瓦斯浓度的增加而逐渐下降;当瓦斯浓度在0~1.0%范围内,煤质组成成分对爆炸下限影响较大,相应的瓦斯和煤尘共存的爆炸复合体系表现为“强煤尘”性;当瓦斯浓度大于1%时,煤尘爆炸下限浓度的数值差异不大,煤质成分对煤尘爆炸下限的影响不再明显,相应的瓦斯煤尘共存的复合爆炸体系表现为“强瓦斯”性。

       

      Abstract: Using 20 L nearly spherical explosion characteristic test system, the paper studies the change laws of lower explosive limit of three different kinds of coal dust with low concentration gas. The study shows that coal dust lower explosive limit decreases with the increase of gas concentration under this experimental condition. When the gas concentration is in the scope of 0 to 1.0%, coal composition has a greater influence on lower explosive limit, the corresponding explosive composite system of gas and coal dust is characterized as "strong coal dust"; when the gas concentration is greater than 1%, the numerical difference of coal dust lower explosive limit concentration is small, and the influence of coal composition on coal dust lower explosive limit is no longer obvious; the corresponding composite explosive system of gas and coal dust coexisting is characterized by "strong gas".
