    大倾角工作面液压支架横向稳定性研究

    Study on Lateral Stability of Hydraulic Support at Large Inclined Angle Working Face

    • 摘要: 为了研究大倾角工作面液压支架的稳定性问题,从支架移架过程中顶板的稳定性出发,建立支架带压移架时的受力机理模型,通过脱离体受力平衡理论,分析支架在擦顶前移过程中支柱残余支撑力,并结合葛亭煤矿2331工作面ZF5600/16.5/26液压支架自身参数进行具体计算。另外,从四连杆机构孔轴配合的角度分析顶梁横向偏移对支架残余支撑力的影响,并对这种影响,提出擦顶移架过程中通过改变支架自身结构要素来提高支架横向稳定性的措施,保证大倾角液压支架能够适应工作面安全采煤的需要。

       

      Abstract: For the stability problem of hydraulic support at working face with large inclined angle, from the roof stability in the process of moving support, we establish stress mechanism model of support at the time of moving frame with pressure. Through the force balance theory, we analyze the residual support force of column support in the process of support advacing with roof friction, and carry out specific calculation through the ZF5600/16.5/26 hydraulic support parameters at 2331 face of Getting Coal Mine. We analyze the influence of lateral shift of beam on residual support force of column support from hole and axis maching of four bar linkage. For this kind of influence, we propose the measures by chaning supports its structural elements to improve lateral stability in the process of support advancing with roof friction to ensure that the large dip angle hydraulic support can adapt to the safety coal mining of working face.
