    Parameters Optimization for External Nozzle of Reverse Circulation Sampling Drill Bit in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤矿井下空气反循环取样技术对提高直接法测定瓦斯含量准确性具有重要的作用。采用数值模拟的方法对煤矿井下空气反循环取样钻头外喷孔的倾角和位置进行了优化研究;研究结果表明,当外喷孔倾角为15°,适当远离钻齿位置布置时,能够使取样钻头产生更好的反循环效果,可增大取样深度、提高取样质量、防止钻头损坏和埋钻事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: The underground coal mine air reverse circulation sampling technique is important to improve accuracy of determining gas content by direct method. Numerical modeling is used to study and optimize the angle and position of coal mine air reverse circulation sampling drill bit nozzle. The research results show that when the external nozzle angle is 15 ° and the arrangement is appropriately away from the drill teeth, it can make drill bit produce better reverse circulation effect; increasing the sampling depth and improving the quality of sampling can prevent drill bit damage and drill burying accidents.
