    • 摘要: 从分析井下救援和地面钻孔救援特点出发,介绍了ZMK5200QJY40型矿用救援提升车的技术原理,列出了救生舱和提升控制系统技术参数。选取救生舱和大容绳量安全提升装置2大部分作了重点介绍。该套装备在山西晋城坪上矿进行现场工业性试验,试验表明该套装备适用于直径580~620 mm的套管或规则钻孔,能够满足900 m深度井下被困矿工的安全快速提升救援要求。

       

      Abstract: We introduce the technical principal of ZMK5200QJY40 type mine-used rescue hoister from the analysis of underground rescue and ground borehole rescue, list the technical parameters of rescue capsule and hoisting control system, and introduce rescue capsule and large rope capacity safe lifting device two parts. Site industrial test on this set of equipment was carried out in Shanxi Jincheng Pingshang Mine. The experiment shows that this set of equipment is suitable for the casing or regular boreholes with the diameter of 580 mm to 620 mm. With the help of the hoister, the miners trapped in underground 900 meters can be rescued quickly and safely.
