    Practice of Large Inclined Angle Fully Mechanized Mining for Broken Roof Eroded by Igneous Rock

    • 摘要: 石台矿Ⅲ1采区煤层倾角较大,煤层顶板受火成岩侵蚀严重,岩性破碎,给煤层的回采带来了极大的困难,在分析Ⅲ313工作面试采失败原因的基础上,Ⅲ315工作面设备选型采用ZZQ7600/21/45型大倾角支撑掩护式支架,并改进了采煤机、刮板机的性能参数,实践表明效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Shitai Mine III1 mining area, large coal seam dip angle, serious igneous rock erosion at coal seam roof, broken rock, brings great difficulties to the coal mining. On the basis of analyzing the reasons of failure mining at III313 working face, equipment selection of III315 working face adopts ZZQ7600/21/45 inclined strut shield type support, and the performance-parameters of shearer, scraper machine are improved. The practice shows that the effect is good.
