    Study on Central Symmetry Controlling System for Cable of Large Span Open-off Cut at Fully Mechanized Caving Mining Face and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对综放大跨度开切眼围岩控制难题,首先运用UDEC4.0模拟分析了开切眼围岩变形破坏特征,得到顶煤中塑性区范围呈拱形,底板塑性区范围呈倒梯形;且开切眼宽度的增大对顶板变形破坏影响最大,底板最小。在分析了原支护方案存在不足的基础上,提出了锚索中心对称控制技术,认为桁架锚索和单体锚索能够锚固在拱顶两侧稳定区域,并与顶板中压力拱相互配合协同控制围岩稳定。现场实践表明支护方案能有效控制围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of surrounding rock control problem of large span open-off cut at fully mechanized caving mining face, we use UDEC4.0 to simulate and analyze the deformation and failure features of surrounding rock. The analysis result shows that the plastic zone of thick top coal is the arch shape and the plastic zone of floor is the inverted trapezoidal shape. And the increase of open-off cut width is the most sensitive to the range of roof plastic failure, but the least to floor. The shortcomings of original support scheme are pointed out in this paper. On the basis of the analysis results, the central symmetry cable support technology of truss cable and sing cable is proposed to control the surrounding rock. The truss cable and sing cable in the system are considered to be anchored on the both sides of arch roof in the stable zone which could constrict the development of plastic zone with stress arch in roof coal. Field practices show that the support program can control the deformation of surrounding rock.
