    • 摘要: 麻家梁矿副立井担负矿井全部辅助提升任务,兼进风井和安全出口。为研究解决该立井当前存在的罐道连接螺栓松动问题,对副立井提升设备的工作情况进行了详细的分析;通过实地调查罐道与横梁连接处的工作情况,分析连接处受力情况,找出了造成连接螺栓松动的根本原因,并给出了具体的综合解决方案,经实践证明该方案很大程度上解决了罐道连接螺栓松动的难题。

       

      Abstract: The vice shaft of Majialiang Mine is responsible for all auxiliary lifting task, intake shaft and exit. For the problem of bolt loose check of cage guide in vice shaft, we analyze the operation situation of hoisting equipment of vice shaft in detail. Through the field investigation of connecting situation of cage guide and beam, we analyze the connection force, and find out the root reasons causing loose connecting bolts, and give specific integrated solutions. Practice has proven that the program largely solved the loose problem of road connecting bolts.
