    The Influence of Extremely Thick Key Layer on Pressure-relief Effect of Remote Lower Protective Seam Mining

    • 摘要: 以海孜煤矿为工程背景,运用FLAC3D软件,模拟巨厚关键层下远程下保护层10#煤层开采及无关键层时下保护层开采,进行对比分析,得出巨厚关键层对被保护层9#煤层卸压保护效果的影响。结果表明,在巨厚关键层时的卸压保护效果远大于无关键层时的情况,这是穿层钻孔抽采上覆远距离煤层卸压瓦斯的原因;经卸压效果考察,认为被保护层得到了有效卸压。

       

      Abstract: Taking Haizi coal mine as engineering background,and using FLAC3Dsoftware,the paper simulates remote lower protective 10# seam mining in extremely thick key layer and the mining without key layer.Then,through contrastive analysis,the influence of extremely thick key layer on pressure-relief effect of protected 9# seam is obtained.The results indicate that pressure-relief effect in extremely thick key layer is better than that without key layer,which is the reason of pressure-relief and gas drainage by crossing drillings in long-distance overlying coal seam.After result investigation,the pressure of protected seam is released effectively.
