    Experimental Study on BIPB Vulcanization System of Chlorinated Polyethylene Rubber Sheath of Cables

    • 摘要: 研究了BIPB硫化体系对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)物理性能的影响,优选出了BIPB-CAMV最佳配比用量。采用正交试验方法设计试验,实验结果表明,用BIPB代替DCP硫化橡胶,无论是拉伸强度、伸长率、硬度,还是撕裂强度、压缩变形等性能和工艺加工都是完全可行的。同时由于BIPB含有2个过氧键,活性氧含量高,在用量上可以比DCP少1/3。

       

      Abstract: The paper studies the impact of BIPB vulcanization system on the physical properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM),optimizes the best ratio of BIPB-CAMV dosage.Orthogonal design test method is used,and the experimental results show that using BIPB to instead of DCP vulcanized rubber is entirely feasible whether it is in tensile strength,elongation,hardness,or in tear strength,compression deformation and other properties and processing technology.Because BIPB contains two peroxy bonds,the active oxygen content is high,and the oxygen dosage of BIPB is less one third than DCP.
