    • 摘要: 掘进工作面粉尘治理是煤矿安全工作和作业场所职业健康管理的重点和难点,神东矿区借助优越的煤层赋存条件和先进的设备,实现巷道的快速掘进,形成了掘进断面大、速度快、效率高、掘进产尘量大的特点。为解决此问题,确保工作面的安全生产,对神东矿区长距离、大断面巷道掘进工作面通风除尘技术开展持续的研究,在长期调研、分析、评价的基础上,成功建立一套适合神东矿区掘进工作的通风除尘技术,使工作面粉尘浓度从1 000 mg/m3以上降到符合煤矿职业卫生要求,满足了矿区掘进工作面的风量、风速和粉尘防治需求,确保掘进工作安全、快速、高效生产。

       

      Abstract: Dust control at tunneling working face is the emphasis and difficulty in coal mine safety work and occupational health management of workplace. With the help of superior occurrence conditions of coal seam and the advanced equipment, Shendong Mining Area achieves rapid tunneling of roadway and forms the characters of large cross section excavation, high speed, high efficiency and producing large quantities of dust during tunneling. To solve these problems and ensure the safety production of working face, dust removal by ventilation technology is continuously researched at long distance and large cross-section roadway tunneling face in Shendong Mining Area. On the basis of long-term research, analysis, evaluation, a set of dust removal by ventilation technology suitable for Shendong Mining excavation work is successfully established, which makes the face dust concentration from more than 1, 000 mg/m3 conform to the requirements of occupational health of coal mine and meets air volume, wind speed and dust prevention and control requirements of tunneling working face in mining area and ensures safe, rapid, efficient production of tunneling work.
