    • 摘要: 综采工作面回撤通道的安全支护及快速回撤是矿井实现安全高效生产的关键,也是煤矿技术人员必须研究解决的主要技术难题。先对神东公司通道支护及回撤工艺的发展历程做了简单介绍,然后以哈拉沟矿12201综采工作面通道支护及泄压贯通为应用实例,详细介绍了通道恒阻大变形锚索支护+爆破切顶卸压新工艺的研究应用,总结了工艺应用所取得的效果。

       

      Abstract: The safety support and rapid retracement of retracement channel at fully mechanized working face is the key to realize mine safety and efficient production, is also the main technical problems should be solved for mine technical personnel. This paper introduces the development process of channel support and retracement technique simply. Taking channel support and pressure relief and cut-through project in Halagou Coal Mine 12201 fully mechanized working face as an example, the paper introduces the research application of anchor cable support for channel constant resistance large deformation + pre-splitting blasting roof cutting and pressure relief new technology in detail, and summarizes the effect of application process.
