    Application of Fiber-optic Gyroscope in Fast Driving System in Daliuta Mine

    • 摘要: 为配合在大柳塔煤矿应用的世界首套全断面高效快速掘进系统,解决掘进中的导向难题,提高连采掘进效率,实现减人提效,将光纤陀螺仪应用到掘进导向过程中;根据3轴光纤陀螺仪提供的3个欧拉角确定掘进机的实时姿态角。将该惯性器件配合传统激光指向仪使用,可以显著改善巷道掘进质量。应用结果表明,光纤陀螺仪的俯仰角、横滚角精度为0.05°,航向角精度为0.25°,巷道掘进的实时偏差在10 cm以内,有效降低了巷道掘偏的情况,取得了显著的改善效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to cooperate with the application of the world’s first fast driving system in Daliuta Mine and solve the guiding problem in the process of roadway tunneling, and to increase the efficiency of continuous mining and decrease personnel, this paper applies fiber-optic gyroscope to the guide of roadheader. Miners can ascertain the attitude angles of roadheader on the basis of three Euler angles provided by the three-axis fiber-optic gyroscope. In conjunction with the traditional laser guide instrument, the quality of roadway tunneling promotes significantly. Result of application indicates that the accuracy of pitch angle and roll angle of fiber-optic gyroscope is 0.05° and the accuracy of yaw angle is 0.25°; the real-time deviation of roadway tunneling is less than 10 cm, thus this method can effectively prevent deviation of roadway tunneling and achieve significant improvement.
