    Application of JSG4 Infrared Beam Tube Monitoring System in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 神东矿区经过30多年的高速发展,形成的矿井采空区范围大,大部分已采采空区距离井口远(大于10 km)。采用传统的地面束管系统监测采空区火灾标志性气体,存在抽气距离远、束管漏气严重、束管维护困难,束管易吸扁等问题;针对此问题,神东矿区通过摸索、创新,引进红外束管监测系统,并对该系统进行了技术改造;在井下机电硐室以及配电点设立JSG4矿井火灾束管监测系统分站(最佳抽气距离2 km),根据神东矿井的特点外加长距离抽气泵(5 km)距离,在监测对象最近的地点设置监测站点,设置抽气泵和红外监测分站实时监测采空区数据通过光纤传输至地面,实现采空区火灾标志性气体的全天候实时监测、预警。

       

      Abstract: After 30 years of rapid development, Shendong Mining Area forms large range of goaf, and most mined goafs are far from the wellhead (more than 10 km). There are the issues of long distance of pumping, serious leakage of beam pipe, poor maintenance of beam tube, easy absorbing flat of beam tube by using traditional ground beam tube system to monitor representative gas of goaf fire. For these problems, Shendong Mining Area, through the exploration and innovation, introduces infrared beam tube monitoring system and improves the technique of the system. JSG4 mine fire beam tube monitoring system substations are established in underground electrical chamber and distributor points (optimum pumping distance of 2 km). According to the characteristics of Shendong mines and long distance of air pump (5 km), monitoring sites are set up in the nearest location of monitoring object, and the air pump and infrared monitoring substation are set up to monitor goaf data which are transmitted to the ground through the optical fiber to achieve all-weather and real-time monitoring and early warning for gob fire sign gas.
