    高压水预裂强制放顶技术在神东矿区应用

    Application of High Pressure Water Pre-splitting Forced Caving Technology in Shendong Mining Area

    • 摘要: 针对神东矿区坚硬难垮顶板爆破强制放顶作业中存在的安全问题,引入了高压水预裂强制放顶技术。通过在神东矿区6个矿井10个采煤工作面的初采放顶工业应用,表明高压水预裂可增加和扩展顶板原生裂隙,弱化坚硬难垮顶板,消除初采期间采空区大面积悬顶;工作面矿压显现“温和”,基本顶初次垮落步距缩短,不影响正常推采;较爆破强制放顶安全、经济、环保,每个工作面可节约费用约2~5万元。

       

      Abstract: For the safety problems of forced caving operation by blasting for hard roof in Shendong Mining Area, the high pressure water pre-splitting forced caving technology is introduced. Through mining industry application at ten working faces of six coal mines in Shendong Mining Area, it shows that high pressure water pre-splitting can increase and expand the roof crack, weaken hard roof, eliminate large hanging roof in goaf during the initial mining period; with the “gentle” rock pressure of working face, the first caving step distance of basic roof is shortened, which does not affect the normal production; compared to blasting caving, this technology is safe, economic, environmental, and each working face can save costs about 2 to 5 million yuan.
